This is a great article, very funny! Anyone feel it should be made featured, just to draw attention to it?Gul Reid 20:22, 18 Jul 2005 (UTC)

  • No, that is not why we have featured articles. --Alan del Beccio 22:48, 18 Jul 2005 (UTC)
  • It was just a joke. The article put me in a lovial mood.Gul Reid 17:21, 19 Jul 2005 (UTC)
    • I like jokes -- and the featured article section certainly is the place for them -- however, this article is not an episode page with a ridiculously long summary, so it doesn't quite qualify. -- Captain Mike K. Barteltalk 14:18, 13 Oct 2005 (UTC)
      • Ouch... ;) -- Cid Highwind 15:33, 13 Oct 2005 (UTC)
        • I agree with Gul Reid, I thought this page is both witty and informative. Its also perfectly written from the perspective of the distant future, as it says in the writing style of MA. However, it probably doesn't deserve featured status. Is there a space on MA for "Witty article of the week"? Zsingaya Talk 08:30, 1 Dec 2005 (UTC)
          • Sorry to sound like such a wet blanket -- perhaps there is a possibility of a "Featured topic" or a "featured theme" to go on the main page -- remember, if you envision a way to add a new facet to MA's recognition of interesting articles, you just have to suggest it (Memory Alpha:Ten Forward maybe?) -- we just need to figure out the best name and procedure, from there it should run like clockwork (like the FA and peereview addtions to our site, which only began this year i believe)

capitalization? Edit

Based on the screencap included (shown here), shouldn't the article title be BURGERland? — THOR 22:58, 22 Aug 2005 (UTC)

The new screencap replacing the old one still shows the same thing. I'll move it soon w/o any objections. — THOR =/\= 14:09, 13 Oct 2005 (UTC)

I don't really see the need for that -- i might've said it before, but a sign is really a different thing that an official spelling of a business' name. This is being overly nitpicky about formatting -- after all are we moving Charnock's Comedy Cabaret to CHARNOCK'S COMEDY CABARET because the sign was all caps?
I'm against the move. -- Captain Mike K. Barteltalk 14:14, 13 Oct 2005 (UTC)
