Were bees ever mentioned directly in Trek? Sure, their wax makes beeswax candles, but I think that's kind of walking a fine line there. Also, where was it referenced that the Aaamazzarites work likes bees? Obviously, this article needs major work. And speaking of articles needing major work, I'm off to Chevrolet Bel Air! --From Andoria with Love 20:44, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- Ok, I'm putting this up for deletion, then. --From Andoria with Love 14:04, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
As I said in the article's talk page, "Were bees ever mentioned directly in Trek? Sure, their wax makes beeswax candles, but I think that's kind of walking a fine line there. Also, where was it referenced that the Aaamazzarites work likes bees?" That was posted over two weeks ago and nobody has replied, so I've placed it up for deletion. Have at it! --From Andoria with Love 14:06, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
Best option might be to turn it into a redirect to Work Bee and be done with it. That seems to be its primary purpose really.-- Sulfur 14:13, 17 May 2006 (UTC) Delete. The Aaamazzarites excrete material to create things, like bees, but that is hardly reason to have an article on bees. At some point the connection between unique Trek references and the real world become too tenuous and we just have to assume that people know what a bee is. Aholland 14:43, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
- Keep: I only had time to look at the article now, after Jaf made me aware of the proposed deletion. I found four references to bees, sorry for being so late. ;-)--Jörg 22:08, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
