(Diff link) - with the comment "it's still useful". Is it, really? I believe we decided to handle both "main timelines/universes" as equal - which isn't really the case if one of them is basically called "that other one" whenever events from it are described. -- Cid Highwind 15:38, November 11, 2009 (UTC)

Battle of Earth (alternate reality)[]

I think that this article should be called Battle of Earth (alternate reality) and a new article titled Battle of Earth should be created depicting the events of ENT: "Zero Hour". I never understood how there could be an article for a conflict that I personally wouldn't have even considered a battle, but not one for the race to stop the Xindi weapon from reaching Earth. - Mitchz95 16:30, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

That's because the Xindi "battles" have a history article covering that, and there's no need for two fan named pages to cover the same subject. - Archduk3 18:23, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

That's like deleting all the articles on Dominion War battles just because the basic information is conveyed through the main article. The "Xindi incident" is like its own war (for lack of a better word) with its own independent battles in it, such as the Battle of Azati Prime (which does have its own page). Maybe we should move this discussion to the Xindi incident page. - Mitchz95 22:55, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

This isn't a case of a more specific article covering material that is only summarized in a broader article. There would be no more information about the alleged "battle" than there is on the Xindi incident article. Not every instance two ships meet needs an article of its own.--31dot 23:10, August 10, 2011 (UTC)

I re-read the Xindi incident article and you're right, most of the battle in "Zero Hour" is recounted in it. I still think we need an article for that battle, but I guess it's not as important as I thought. - Mitchz95 23:41, August 10, 2011 (UTC)
