In the episode Explorers did the Bajoran lightship have a name?
- According to the script from "Explorers," Sisko named it the Baraka, but that line was cut from the script and did not appear in the finished product. --Alan del Beccio 18:32, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
Is there any information on how the Bajorans got these ships into space? Rather odd that anybody capable/nii of getting into space would be reliant on purely hand-operated systems once they're there. 220.127.116.11 04:04, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
- Given the spiritual and religious nature of the Bajorans, one might wonder how much they really needed to "rely" on hand cranked systems, and how much was by choice. --OuroborosCobra talk 04:15, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
Distance and SpeedEdit
How far are Bajor and Cardassia apart? I mean, solar wind may be viable but it's not an FTL method, so to reach Cardassia the two planets would have to be increadibly close to one another. In the same system, that is. Are they? 18.104.22.168 11:19, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Actually the two worlds are lightyears from each other but apparently there are some tachyon eddys in the bajoran system which propels the ship to FTL speeds in the direction of Cardassia. For other worlds i do not know.– Wolf of Thor 18:13, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
