I moved the following from the article:
The Chronology itself isn't a valid reference. Is this based on some episode/movie reference, or is it speculation? -- Cid Highwind 19:15, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Kirk's speech at the end of Into Darkness set in 2259 or 2260? Edit
This is irking me a little. Assuming 2259.55 is February 24th (confirmed through comments from the production staff of the film, namely Robert Orci talking about the revised star-dates), wouldn't Kirk's speech at the end of the film, which is almost a year after the rest of the events, which occurred following February 24th, be in 2260, rather than near the end of 2259?
Just a thought, actually. Chances are there's a logical reason why it's unclear, but it seemed apparent from the information I could see that 2260 would make a little more sense. - Wixelt (talk) 14:54, May 7, 2016 (UTC)
