Senator Tal'aura (played by Shannon Cochran) was a member of the Romulan Senate in the late 2370s. In 2379, she secretly allied herself with Shinzon of Remus. After Shinzon led an uprising among the Reman slaves and Praetor Hiren rejected their demands, Tal'aura used a thalaron radiation projector to assassinate the entire Senate. (Star Trek: Nemesis)
