T'Lor was a Tiburonian Starfleet science officer stationed on Deep Space 9 in the early 2370s. He was part of a team that visited the cormaline rich Torga IV to assess the possibility of establishing a mining operation there. T'Lor was killed by a Jem'Hadar strike force after the Starfleet officers found a crashed Jem'Hadar ship. (DS9: "The Ship")
