Admiral T'Lara was a 24th century Vulcan Starfleet flag officer.
In 2372, T'Lara presided over an extradition hearing on Deep Space 9 of Lieutenant Commander Worf, who was accused by Klingon authorities of firing on an unarmed civilian transport. (DS9: "Rules of Engagement")
In 2374, T'Lara reappeared although briefly, during Captain Benjamin Sisko's briefing ahead of the attempt to retake Deep Space 9. (DS9: "Favor the Bold")
- T'Lara was played by actress Deborah Strang. She is the highest ranking non-Human in Starfleet to appear.
