Sullivan's
Sullivan's was a pub in the holodeck creation of the Irish town Fair Haven that was established in 1811, owned and run by Michael Sullivan. It was also pointed out by Kathryn Janeway that the harp on the sign should be the other way around.
The bar was a regular hang out for many people in the town and even holds weekly rings and Arm wrestling completions. (VOY: "Fair Haven", "Spirit Folk")
