Sue Henley was a dabo girl on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine during DS9 Season 2 when she tried out to be the stand-in of Genevieve Bujold, but unfortunately did not get the job. Later, thanks to her red hair, she received the stand-in position for Kate Mulgrew when Mulgrew took over as Captain Janeway. Henley also played the recurring role of Ensign Brooks in Star Trek: Voyager. It has been rumored that the Maquis character Mariah Henley was named for Henley.
