Steve Picerni is a stuntman, stunt actor, stunt coordinator, and assistant director who performed stunts in Star Trek: First Contact.
Most of his family is also active in the stunt business or at least the acting business including his father, Charles Picerni, and his brother, Chuck Picerni, Jr.. Picerni won a Stuntman Award (1986 for best fight sequence for Tuff Turf with fellow Star Trek stuntmen Spiro Razatos and Vince Deadrick, Jr.) and three Taurus World Stunt Awards (2002 for best stunt coordination in Pearl Harbor, shared with Andy Gill, and 2004 for best stunt coordination for Bad Boys II, shared with Andy Gill, and for best work with a vehicle). He was nominated for two more Taurus World Stunt Awards for best work with a vehicle (2003 for Showtime and 2004 for Bad Boys II). Recently he has been nominated for two Taurus Stunt Awards for best car stunt and best fire stunt in Deja Vu.
