Real World article
(written from a Production point of view)

Steve Lightle (born 19 November 1959; age 57) is a comic book artist from Kansas, USA.

He broke into the industry in the early 1980s with DC Comics, soon taking over from Keith Giffen as penciller on the Legion of Super-Heroes series. He only penciled the series for a little over a year, but continued doing cover art for another three years beyond that.

He has done mostly cover work through his career, including the "B" cover for the second issue of IDW Publishing's Star Trek - Legion of Super-Heroes mini-series.
