Stephen Ryan is an actor who was featured as a Romulan senator in the Star Trek feature film Star Trek Nemesis in 2002.

Ryan studied acting in New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles, under coaches such as Daphne Kirby, Lisa Dalton, and John Billingsley. He has had leading and supporting roles in several stage plays and played background roles in the television series The Court, Push, Nevada, One Life to Live, My Name is Earl, and All My Children.

Among his feature film experiences are supporting roles in the comic adaptation The Hulk (2003, starring Eric Bana) and the movie The Face of Love, as well as leading roles in the independent films Keyhole and The Blur.
