The State of the Union Address was an annual speech given by the President of the United States to the United States Congress, usually in January.

In 2003, President George W. Bush gave his Address and talked about his plans to topple the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, fighting AIDS in Africa, introducing hydrogen cars and limiting abortion. An article about this event, written by Jake Tapper, appeared in Daniels' 31st century database. (ENT: "Future Tense")
