Starfleet Command order received by Starbase 045 in 2364.

Starbase 045 was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. In 2364, the commander of this base was Don Dixon.

In 2364, this base was monitoring Romulan operations in Sector 0045/3195. The base commander was ordered by Commodore Anna Dixon from the Starfleet Operational Support Division that he should cease the monitoring. Monitoring duties would be resumed by remote sensor drones, a method that Fleet Ops determined was more effective. Drones would transmit data directly to the Tactical Analysis Division. The commander was ordered to acknowledge receipt of this order on subspace com net security mode 045, code 100 alpha.
