Star Trek Nemesis is the VHS release of Star Trek Nemesis, and became the last known Star Trek production to see a release on the VHS video tape format due to its demise in favor of the superior DVD home video format.

Star Trek Nemesis was released for both rental and retail in June 2003, and was the final VHS release of any Star Trek film in the United States. It was released as a Pan & Scan edition only (the DVD release offered both Widescreen and Pan & Scan editions).

Star Trek Nemesis was released on VHS in the UK in 2003 by Paramount Home Entertainment. This was the final Star Trek VHS release in the UK.
Unlike previous VHS releases of the Star Trek films, a boxed set of the films was not produced to coincide with the new release. In addition, the rental edition and retail edition were released simultaneously.
