Star Trek Commanders Edition was a compilation pack published by Interplay featuring 3 games: Star Trek: Starfleet Command, Star Trek: Starfleet Command II - Empires at War and Star Trek: New Worlds. Also included was a bonus CD that came with bonus missions, soundtracks, movie slides, trailers and concept art along with 200 alternate voice takes. The CD also came with 4 issues of Hailing Frequencies, the official fanzine of Starfleet Command.

There was also a version of the pack released in Germany. The German release came with only two games, omitting the first Star Trek: Starfleet Command.
