In {{y|2009}}, [[Mattel]] released three Pink Label™, 11½ inch '''Barbie''' and '''Ken''' dolls as collector's items based on a license from the [[alternate reality]] {{film|11}} film. The dolls were modeled after the actors playing the roles of {{alt|James T. Kirk|Kirk}} ([[Chris Pine]]), {{alt|Spock}} ([[Zachary Quinto]]), and {{alt|Nyota Uhura|Uhura}} ([[Zoe Saldana]]). All three figures are dressed in "alternate reality"-style [[uniform]]s and accessories. Each doll is shipped with a labeled stand and a Certificate of Authenticity which commemorates 2009 as Barbie's 50th anniversary.

The Star Trek 30th Anniversary Collector's Edition Barbie & Ken Giftset was a special set featuring two of [[Mattel]]'s twelve-inch Barbie and Ken dolls in Star Trek uniforms. The "Giftset" was released in {{y|1996}} to commemorate ''[[Star Trek]]''{{'}}s [[Anniversary#1996 (30th)|30th Anniversary]]. Both figures were dressed in [[TOS]]-style [[uniform]]s and accessories. The packaging featured the two dolls standing on the [[USS Enterprise (NCC-1701)|original ''Enterprise'']]'s bridge next to printed cutouts of [[James T. Kirk|Kirk]] and [[Spock]].
