Star Trek was a comic book series published by DC Comics in the United States, running from 1984 until 1988 (DC TOS volume 1) and from 1989 until 1994. During those years, two series of large-sized annual issues were produced, three for volume 1 and six for volume 2.

  1. All Those Years Ago-The crew recall an old enemy and use that knowledge when they encounter them again.
  2. The Final Voyage-In a story pencilled by future Superman artist Dan Jurgens, The Enterprise returns home after completing its five year mission. However, they soon find that they are not headed toward Earth, but Talos IV! Once there, the crew find that Klingons have taken control of the planet and the crew are forced to live through illusions of the past five years including Captain Pike's accident, all the way to the death of Edith Keeler. A nice end cap to the first five year mission.
