Template:Realworld Template:Sidebar dvd Star Trek: Fan Collective - Alternate Realities is a DVD collection released by Paramount Pictures. This set contains episodes from Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise. This is the third Fan Collective set to feature episodes from all five live-action Trek series, and the only to feature episodes from the remastered Original Series.
The collection includes 6 of the 8 mirror universe episodes (with the exceptions of "Resurrection" and "The Emperor's New Cloak"), as well as episodes dealing with "parallel dimensions", "twisted realities", and "alternate lives". Featurettes about these episodes are included, along with some audio commentaries.
The initial shipments of the collection included a mail-in offer for a Diamond Select Toys figure of Captain Geordi La Forge, as he appeared in "Timeless" [1].

- Each disc contains a featurette with new commentary about the four episodes on that disc.
- Disc 1 contains audio commentary for "Crossover" by David Livingston and a 13-minute featurette called "Mirror Universe, part 1".
- Disc 2 contains audio commentary for "Parallels" by Brannon Braga and a 5-minute featurette, "Mirror Universe, part 2" and a 7-minute featurette "Parallel Dimensions".
- Disc 3 contains audio commentary for "The Enemy Within" by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens, and a 12-minute featurette called "Twisted Realities".
- Disc 4 contains audio commentary for "Yesterday's Enterprise" by David Carson and a 10-minute featurette called "Alternate Lives, part 1".
- Disc 5 contains audio commentary for "Twilight" by Mike Sussman and Tim Gaskill, and a 14-minute featurette called "Alternate Lives, part 2".
