Template:Realworld Star Trek: Alien Spotlight is the fourth IDW miniseries of Star Trek comics. The 6-issue run involves stories featuring six different alien species, and is set in several different eras in the "Star Trek Universe". The first issue was released early October 2007 and is followed by five more monthly issues to complete the run.
Three of the stories are set in the Original Series time frame and three during the Next Generation era.
