Soltok IV was the fourth planet in the Soltok planetary system. This planet was in the Demilitarized Zone, and the site of a Federation colony. In 2370, Lieutenant Commander Calvin Hudson claimed that a Federation merchant ship fired upon by the Cardassians was transporting medical supplies to Soltok IV. Gul Evek claimed that the ship was carrying weapons and had refused to be boarded. (DS9: "The Maquis, Part I")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 47, the Saltok (sic) system's primary was a Class M star. It had a magnitude of +9. This system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
