Solbor was a Bajoran ranjen who served as an assistant to Kai Winn.
In 2375, Gul Dukat, disguised as Bajoran farmer Anjohl Tennan, had tricked the Kai into helping him to revive the Pah-wraiths through the text of the Book of the Kosst Amojan. Solbor realized their intentions and confronted his Kai, at which point she reluctantly stabbed and killed him in order to prevent him from revealing the truth. His blood revealed the text of the Kosst Amojan, allowing Winn and Dukat to release the Pah-wraith.
