Wilhelm Gottsreich Sigismond von Ormstein's snuff box
A snuff box was a small, often ornately designed box or container in which to hold snuff, a ground or otherwise pulverized material such as Hupyrian beetles or finely ground tobacco which one inhaled through the nose.
In the Sherlock Holmes stories, Wilhelm Gottsreich Sigismond von Ormstein, king of Bohemia once gave Sherlock Holmes a jeweled snuff box with gold accents. (TNG: "Elementary, Dear Data")
