Seven Deadly Sins is a forthcoming anthology work from Pocket Books. Scheduled for release in August 2009, the anthology will feature stories on seven of the Federation's enemies, with each one tying into one of the seven deadly sins.
The enemies included in the anthology, and the authors writing their stories, will be:
- Romulans (pride) - Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore
- Cardassians (envy) - "The Slow Knife", by James Swallow
- Klingons (anger) - Keith R.A. DeCandido
- Pakleds (sloth) - Jimmy Diggs
- Ferengi (greed) - "Reservoir Ferengi", by David McIntee
- Borg (gluttony) - "Revenant" by Marc Giller
- The Mirror Universe (lust) - Britta Dennison
This will be Giller's first published Star Trek work. Interestingly, Diggs wrote an article in Star Trek: Communicator issue 149 along similar lines to the premise of the anthology.
The title and its contents were announced at the Shore Leave convention on 11 July 2008.
