Serena Sande (13 March 1929 – 18 July 2001; age 72) is the actress who played the Second Talosian in the Star Trek: The Original Series original pilot episode "The Cage". Footage of this appearance later appeared in "The Menagerie, Part I" and "The Menagerie, Part II". She filmed her scenes between Wednesday 9 December 1964 and Friday 11 December 1964, at Desilu Culver Stage 15 and Stage 16.
