Scrambled eggs were a food prepared by whipping raw eggs into an emulsion and then cooking over heat until coagulated, enjoyed by several species throughout the Federation.

In 1953, Benny Russell unusually wanted his eggs scrambled when he was in a good mood. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")

Commander Sisko and Doctor Bashir ate scrambled eggs in a sanctuary district in 2024, after being accidentally transported into the past from the USS Defiant. (DS9: "Past Tense, Part I")

In the revised final draft script of ENT: "Broken Bow", it was established in ultimately unused dialogue that, prior to touring Enterprise NX-01 in an inspection pod with Commander Charles "Trip" Tucker, Captain Jonathan Archer had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Inside the craft, he lightheartedly remarked, "If I'm afraid of anything, it's the scrambled eggs I had for breakfast." Commenting on what he believed would be a lack of dietary provisions on the ship, Trip replied, "Pretty soon you'll be dreaming about scrambled eggs." [1]

In 2284, James T. Kirk was preparing scrambled eggs for Antonia at his log cabin, using Ktarian eggs with a dash of dill weed for seasoning. In the nexus, he relived this moment when he met with Jean-Luc Picard. (Star Trek Generations)

In 2365, William T. Riker made an omelette using 'Owon eggs via traditional cooking. Most of those who tasted it appeared disgusted, but Worf apparently enjoyed them. The "omelette" more resembled scrambled eggs than a traditional omelette. (TNG: "Time Squared")

In 2374, Neelix offered Harry Kim scrambled eggs for breakfast in 2374, but he preferred pleeka rind casserole. (VOY: "Scientific Method")

Not long after, Neelix suggested preparing eggs in a number of ways for Tom Paris, including scrambled. (VOY: "Waking Moments")
