Satok was the Vulcan Minister of Security and head of the V'Shar in 2370.
That year, he informed Commander William T. Riker that Tallera was, in fact, not a V'Shar operative. Satok later took Tallera into custody and began a search for the remainder of the Vulcan Isolationist Movement. (TNG: "Gambit, Part II")
Satok was played by actor Martin Goslins.
While the DVD closed captioning and end credits of the episode are listing him as "Setok", the script of the episode is spelling him as "Satok". [1]
