Captain Satelk was a Vulcan Starfleet officer who, with Admiral Brand, presided over the inquiry into the death of Starfleet Academy cadet, Joshua Albert in 2368. (TNG: "The First Duty")

Satelk was played by Richard Fancy. It wasn't revealed where Satelk's home station was, but he was mentioned again in a non-canon source that he had gone on, in the 2370s, to become captain of the Akira-class USS Jupiter, according to a card released by Decipher based on a ship in an Activision video game.
