Sankur was a Kazon who united the sects in the Kazon Order, forming an historic union to defeat their Trabe captors. His revolution, however, was short-lived, and the Kazon sects resumed fighting shortly after they achieved independence from the Trabe.
The only time another Kazon leader came close to such a united front was during Jal Culluh's brief attempt to bring the sects together to defeat the USS Voyager. (VOY: "Maneuvers")
