Sam Anderson as the Assistant Manager
Sam Anderson played the Assistant Manager of the hotel in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Royale". Anderson has had a recurring role on Perfect Strangers as Mr. Gorpley from 1986 to 1993 and the television show ER since the show debuted in 1994. Also in 1994, Anderson appeared in the Stephen King miniseries The Stand (with Miguel Ferrer, Matt Frewer, Ray Walston, Sherman Howard, Ken Jenkins, Richard Lineback, Jordan Lund, William Newman, and Patrick Kilpatrick). He currently plays the supporting role of tail-end survivor Bernard in the television show Lost alongside fellow Star Trek alum Terry O'Quinn and Daniel Dae Kim. He is perhaps most famous to genre fans for his run as Wolfram and Hart lawyer Holland Manners on the series Angel (which also featured Daniel Dae Kim in a similar role).
From 1995 to 1996, Anderson starred in the short-lived series Live Shot. Other Star Trek stars who were also cast members include David Birney, Ron Canada, Jeff Yagher, Bruce McGill and Karen Austin. Star Trek stars who guest starred include Casey Biggs, Chase Masterson, Dion Anderson, John Schuck, Lee Arenberg, Hal Landon, Jr., Cully Fredricksen and Kenneth Tigar.
