Sala Baker (born 22 September 1976; age 47) is a stuntman and stunt actor from Wellington, New Zealand who performed stunts as a Romulan guard in Star Trek as a Meter Maid in Star Trek Into Darkness. According to fellow Romulan stuntman Damion Poitier, during production of Star Trek, Baker was originally billed as "Drill Hanson #2" on the call sheet but like Poitier later chosen to be a stunt player instead of a named character. His face was reused in 2013 for card #28, Romulan Guard Kim'tal, of the virtual collectible card battle game Star Trek: Rivals.

Baker is probably best known for his debut role as main villain Sauron and other Orc characters in Peter Jackson's fantasy trilogy The Lord of the Rings (2001-2003), where he appeared along with Trek performers John Rhys-Davies, Karl Urban and Brad Dourif.

Baker performed stunts in Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003) Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007) and was part of the stunt cast to receive a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture in 2008 for the latter one.

Other projects he has worked on include The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005), Eragon (2006), Epic Movie (2007, with stunts by Joni Avery, Joey Box, Dennis Keiffer, David Mattey, Marty Murray, Brian Oerly, Scott L. Schwartz, Chrissy Weathersby, Scott Workman, and Kofi Yiadom), Prison Break (2007, with Wade Andrew Williams, Robert Knepper, Cullen Douglas, and stunts by Eric Norris), two episodes of 24 (2007, with Gregory Itzin, Glenn Morshower, Boris Krutonog, Bob Gunton, James Horan, and stunts by Jeff Cadiente, John Dixon, Paul Lacovara, and Erik Stabenau), Next (2007), and The Kingdom (2007). For the latter one Baker and the stunt cast received a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture in 2008.

More recently, Baker had supporting roles and performed stunts in Stiletto (2008, with stunts by Alina Andrei, Ben Bray, Mark DeAlessandro, Buck McDancer, Edward Perez, Peewee Piemonte, Ben Scott, Trampas Thompson, and Jim Wilkey), the horror film Monster Mountain (2008), Powder Blue (2009), Blood and Bone (2009, with Troy Brenna, Fallon Brooks, Daniel Arrias, and stunts by Chien Funan, Tony Donno, and Tim Storms), the crime drama Grifter (2010), and the action drama 62 Pickup (2010, stunt coordinated by Eddie Perez).
