Ryan MacDonald (born 4 September 1930; age 86) is the actor who played a shopkeeper in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Time and Again".

MacDonald was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has worked beside his acting career as an editor for the film Lies...In Love (2001). He played regular roles in the soap operas The Secret Storm (1966-1967), Days of Our Lives (1991-1992), General Hospital (1982), Santa Barbara (1987), and The Young and the Restless (1989-1990).

MacDonald has also performed guest roles in television series such as Mannix (1968, with Jay Robinson), The Doris Day Show (1968 and 1971), Marcus Welby, M.D. (1973), The Rockford Files (1974), Flamingo Road (1981, with John Beck and Jeff Austin), Hart to Hart (1982, with Keene Curtis, William Windom, and stunts by Gregory J. Barnett), Quincy, M.E. (1979-1982, with Rudy Solari, John Fiedler, Tony Plana, Walker Edmiston, and Joseph Campanella), Dallas (1983, with Susan Howard, John Beck, Morgan Woodward, and Paul Sorenson), T.J. Hooker (1984, with William Shatner, James Darren, William Boyett, and Grainger Hines), Quantum Leap (1989, with Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell), Jake and the Fatman (1991, with Jonathan Farwell, Patrick Kilpatrick, Tony Todd, and Clarence Williams III), and Empty Nest (1993, with Russ Fega).
