Ryan Honey (born 22 August 1976; age 47) is an actor who played a security crewman in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Anomaly".

Honey was born as Ryan Kelley Honey in Washington, DC and graduated with a BA in Theater arts from the University of Oregon. Between 2002 and 2007 he played the recurring role of Officer Riley in 21 episodes of the soap General Hospital, where he acted alongside Star Trek actors Jack Donner, Stephen Macht, and Robin Christopher.

Other television series he appeared in include J.J. Abrams' Alias (2003, episode Countdown, with Jonathan Banks and Jimmie F. Skaggs), Angel, Cold Case (2005, episode Wishing, with James G. MacDonald and Gregory Wagrowski), Invasion (2005, Pilot episode, with Jeannetta Arnette, Frank Collison, Ivar Brogger, and Holmes Osborne, and 2006 episode Re-Evolution, also alongside Ivar Brogger), and ER (2006, episode No Place to Hide, with Scott Grimes).
