Lieutenant Russ A. English was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.
In 2374, USS Cochrane, USS Wyoming, Starbase 129, and Starbase 153 reported English wounded in action; however, the USS Repulse reported him killed in action. His name was listed in a casualty list that was displayed in the wardroom of Deep Space 9. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight", okudagram)
