Rul the Obscure
Rul the Obscure was a patron of Quark's on Deep Space 9.
In 2369 he was one of a select clientele Quark allowed to participate in an auction in Quark's Bar in 2369, which he described as "all ridiculously wealthy and not too bright". He was accompanied by two similarly dressed companions. He purchased a jeweled necklace that had been obtained from somewhere in the Gamma Quadrant by Vash; he paid 150 bars of latinum for the necklace. (DS9: "Q-Less")
Rul the Obscure was portrayed by Stan Petier, who received no credit for his appearance. Rul's gloves are different than the gloves of the other two members. His group might be "Celestine", which were mentioned in the script's list of nonspeaking characters.
