Rugal

Rugal was a Cardassian who was abandoned by his people after they left Bajor.

In 2370, Rugal accompanied his family to Deep Space Nine. When Elim Garak introduced himself, Rugal attacked him. This led to Rugal becoming the subject of an intense confrontation between the Cardassians and the Bajorans. The Cardassians claimed that the Bajorans were teaching the Cardassian orphans on Bajor to hate their fellow Cardassians.

Rugal was later returned to the custody of his biological father, Kotan Pa'Dar. (DS9: "Cardassians")

Rugal was played by Vidal Peterson.
