Minister Rozahn was an official in the Bajoran Chamber of Ministers.
In 2370, Major Kira Nerys spent two days arguing with Rozahn about the irrigation of the Trilar Peninsula, although Kira thought she was keeping it to an "angry whisper".
Later, Minister Rozahn and Vedek Sorad came to Deep Space 9 with the official response to the Skrreea's request for settlement on Bajor. She regretfully informed Skrreean leader Haneek that the Provisional Government had rejected their request. (DS9: "Sanctuary")
Rozahn was played by Kitty Swink. The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 239) incorrectly credits Betty McGuire for this role.
