In 2153, Hoshi Sato brought food, angel hair pasta for Phlox and Vulcan sandworms for his Pyrithian bat, on a tray to sickbay and wanted to spend some time with Phlox. She entered the room saying "room service" but was sent out by Phlox who thought he could be of danger for her because of his assimilation by a Borg. (ENT: "Regeneration")
During an away mission on the planet Theta VIII in 2365, the away team took part in a recreation of the book Hotel Royale. In one of the hotel rooms, the telephone was ringing and when Worf answered it, a female was asking him for room service. (TNG: "The Royale")
After crashed on a planet in Dominion space, Jadzia Dax was wounded and ordered by Doctor Julian Bashir to stay inside a cave. Dax was not very delighted she had to stare on the cave ceiling for the rest of the stay but Benjamin Sisko told her this would also include a twenty-four hour room service. (DS9: "Rocks and Shoals")
