Rondon

Rondon

Rondon is a member of Starfleet in the 24th century, and in 2364 was based at Relva VII. He was a Zaldan, and as such was used as part of the Starfleet Academy entrance exam. An encounter was arranged between the candidate and Rondon, in which he would insult the candidate for some perceived wrongdoing, such as bumping into him. The successful candidate would notice that he was a Zaldan, and insult him back, as the Zaldan culture demands. The test would determine how the candidate handled different cultures.
