Ronald D. Moore (also known as Ron Moore) was a Starfleet officer in the 23rd and 24th centuries. He was a flag officer with the rank of vice admiral in 2367.

In 2293, he was listed as a Fleet Operations officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations, dedication plaque)

In 2353, he was listed as a Starfleet Operational Support Services officer on a directory placard of Starbase 32, Maxia sector. His office was located in room #24463. (TNG: "Violations", directory)

In 2367, he was listed as a Tactical Command officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Sutherland. (TNG: "Redemption II", dedication plaque)

In the 2370s, he was listed as a Starfleet Command officer on the dedication plaque of several Federation starships. (DS9: "The Die is Cast", dedication plaque; Star Trek: First Contact, dedication plaque; DS9: "Valiant", dedication plaque; DS9: "The Dogs of War", dedication plaque)

He was named after production staff associate Ronald D. Moore. He might be related to Commander Ronald Moore (who died in 2357) and Captain Ronald B. Moore. Given the eighty-plus year interval of his career, it is entirely possible that there might be two or more individuals of the same name; however, this article contains all information about officer Ronald D. Moore.
