Robin Curtis was born on July 15, 1956 in New York Mills, New York. She replaced Kirstie Alley as Saavik in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. She also played Tallera/T'Paal in TNG: "Gambit, Part I" and "Part II".
Curtis and her Search for Spock costar John Larroquette would appear a few years later in an episode of Night Court.
- Curtis is one of only 32 actors to have starred in both the original Star Trek (including movies) and at least one of the spinoffs.
