Robert Rusler (born 20 September 1965; age 58) played Orgoth in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Anomaly".
He is also known to sci-fi fans for his brief regular role as fighter pilot Warren Keffer during the second season of Babylon 5. Other Trek actors who appeared on the show include Walter Koenig, Andreas Katsulas, Caitlin Brown, Mary Kay Adams, Bill Mumy, Patricia Tallman, John Vickery, Marshall Teague, John Schuck, Robin Sachs, Robert Foxworth, Beth Toussaint, Michael Ansara, Dwight Schultz, Jane Carr, Carel Struycken, Glenn Morshower, Keith Szarabajka, Judy Levitt, Malachi Throne, Art Chudabala, Marie Marshall, Paul Winfield, Christopher Darga, Bernie Casey, John Christian Graas, Rif Hutton, W. Morgan Sheppard, Jack Kehler, and Juliana Donald.
Shortly before this, he took on the role of another fighter pilot, the villainous "Seether", in Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom, which also featured Malcolm McDowell, John Rhys-Davies, Jeremy Roberts, Richard Riehle, Michael Cavanaugh and Charles Esten.
He has also made appearances on such series as 24, NCIS, and Cold Case and in such films as The Whole Ten Yards and Rebound.
