Robert Becker (24 March 19466 May 1993; age 47) directed the Star Trek: The Next Generation first and second season episodes "We'll Always Have Paris" and "The Outrageous Okona".

He was a fairly well-known television director through the 1980s, directing episodes of Knot's Landing, Falcon Crest, St. Elsewhere, Emerald Point, N.A.S., and Bodies of Evidence.

His final directing role was for Beverly Hills, 90210 on the episode "Duke's Bad Boy" in 1993. He died shortly thereafter in a road accident in Santa Clarita, California.
