Ro Talia was a Bajoran woman, the wife of Ro Gale. The two had a daughter, Ro Laren, in 2340.
She was listed on her daughters Starfleet personnel file and at one point her death certificate (before it was found Laren was not in fact dead) in 2368. (TNG: "Conundrum", "The Next Phase")
In 2369, when Ro Laren was temporarily turned into a child by a spatial anomaly, she took the time to enjoy a childhood she never had fighting the Cardassians, which included sketching a picture of her mother. (TNG: "Rascals")
- Ro Talia was not named in the episode, but her name comes from the computer panels in "Conundrum" and "The Next Phase."
