Rita Bellissimo is a hair stylist who worked on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She also went by the name Rita Bordonaro. In 1990 she received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for her work on the third season episode "Hollow Pursuits" which she shared with hair designer Vivian McAteer and hair stylist Barbara Lampson.

Also in 1990 she received a second Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling for a Series for her work on the Murder She Wrote episode "When the Fat Lady Sings" which she shared with Ronald W. Smith, Gerald Solomon, and Dino Ganziano. Bellissimo worked as hair stylist on the comedy Private Benjamin (1980), the television series Knots Landing (1984) and A Death in California (1985), the television comedy 14 Going on 30 (1988), the comedy Cops and Robbersons (1994, with Susan Carol Schwary), the second season of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1994-1995, starring Teri Hatcher), the comedy Trojan War (1997, with Allan A. Apone), the television series ER (2000-2001) and The West Wing (2002-2004), the short comedy Fear of Feathers (2003, with Ginger Damon), the drama The Good German (2006), and the crime comedy Ocean's Thirteen (2007, with John Maldonado and Alicia M. Tripi).
