Risa Control was a facility on Risa responsible for incoming spaceships and communications.
When Geordi La Forge's type 15 shuttlepod Onizuka was being caught in the tractor beam of a Romulan warbird, he tried to send a distress signal to Risa Control but couldn't reach anybody, as the Romulans had jammed the frequencies. (TNG: "The Mind's Eye")
