Admiral Rick K. Berman was a noted Starfleet officer who served in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

In 2293, Rick K. Berman was noted for his work at Starfleet Command on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations dedication plaque)

By 2354, Rick Berman held office #15037 at Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations" directory)

In the 2360s Adm. Rick Berman was noted for Fleet Operations work on the dedication plaques of the following starships. (TNG: "The Wounded" dedication plaque; TNG: "Redemption II" dedication plaque)

In addition, Rick Berman was noted as a Starfleet Command official on the dedication plaques of the following starships. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint" dedication plaque; DS9: "The Search, Part I" dedication plaque; VOY: "Caretaker" dedication plaque; Star Trek: First Contact dedication plaque; VOY: "Message in a Bottle" dedication plaque; DS9: "Valiant" dedication plaque; DS9: "The Dogs of War" dedication plaque)

Commander Rick Berman was listed on the crew manifest of the USS Voyager. (VOY: "The Killing Game" crew manifest)

In an unknown, alternate future timeframe, Adm. Rick Berman was a high-level Starfleet Command official noted for his work on the USS Pasteur (NCC-58925). (TNG: "All Good Things..." dedication plaque)

Admiral Berman is named after writer and executive producer Rick Berman.

If Rick K. Berman (from 2293) and Adm. Berman (from 2363-2375) are in fact the same person, that would likely require a career of over 120 years.

It is unknown if he is a descendant of Earth Starfleet officer R. Berman, also named after Rick Berman.

It is unknown why he was listed on the Voyager's crew manifest, unless the manifest included people responsible for Voyager's creation (which he was). The "rank" of "Commander" was possibly a reference to the flag officer position of Commander, Starfleet.
