Richard Libertini was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 21st 1933. He played Akorem Laan in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Accession"
He has appeared in many other popular television series such as "Law & Order", "NYPD Blue" and "The Drew Carey Show."
His motion picture credits include Catch-22 (1970), Fletch (1985), Fletch Lives (1989), The Bonfire of the Vanities (1990) and Lethal Weapon 4 (1998).
