You may be looking for Star Trek: The Next Generation camera operator Richard Kelley.

Richard Alexander "Dick" Kelley (6 October 19193 November 1995; age 76) was a cinematographer who worked as the camera operator on the first Star Trek pilot, "The Cage" under cameraman William E. Snyder. (Inside Star Trek: The Real Story, p 34)

Kelley started out as an assistant cameraman and camera operator on The Fugitive, then became a director of photography on his own, working on series such as The Green Hornet, Land of the Giants (starring Don Marshall, Happy Days, Tabitha (on which he replaced Jerry Finnerman), and M*A*S*H.
